Seit Februar 2020 im Gruppentraining

I have been training with Dein Trainer for almost 3 years and have lost 23 kg in that time. I really enjoy the versatile workouts, from strength training to cardio to fitboxing. In the beginning I had difficulties with the cardio workout, but thanks to my motivated trainer I really enjoyed it over time. My absolute favorite workout is fitboxing. My trainer supported and encouraged me from the beginning, which made me even take personal training for it. The boxing technique fascinates me and has become a real passion. During my journey, the training sessions at Dein Trainer have always been fun and real friendships have developed. It's like a meeting place where each training session motivates personally even more and people form a great community. My message to everyone who has a goal: Keep at it, have fun and keep your eyes on the goal, not the way to get there.

Personal training since May 2022

Hydrofoiling cannot be compared with any other sport. It is a time-consuming hobby and I invest all my free time for this kind of sport. But not only the exercise of foiling plays a role, but also to build up stamina and train endurance. Hydrofoiling is an extreme sport and the risk of injury is high. I try to prevent the risk of injury with active training. As much time as I spend on the water, I also invest in training sessions on the ground or in the gym.

When I first mentioned to others that I wanted to lose weight, nobody took me seriously. Sadly, as I had no strategy to start with, I had no success in the first few months. I believe that it is naïve to expect different results when always repeating the same thing. There was a moment that I realized that if I want to succeed, I need to adjust my mindset toward training and to my lifestyle. I started listening to the audiobook “Self-Image” on Spotify, which really impacted my attitude. I was compelled by the theme to accept challenges, hold on to the fight, and to not let go. We must see effort as a path to success and no matter what, never lose belief in yourself. My challenge began, and to this day I have lost a total of 24 kilograms. So, how about you? Since June 2020 in group course

The way in which Dein Trainer structures their group training is very efficient and fun. Not only do I appreciate training outdoors in the fresh air but it is also a great to be reassured that you are in good hands. And of course…I loved the sore muscles I had at the beginning. Because of the relatively small groups, your trainer is able to correct you, if need be, to ensure that you perform each exercise correctly. Just 2 years ago I weighed a little over 100 kg. Within a 2-year period I have managed to lose 40 kg and feel absolutely fantastic. When I weighed so much, I did not enjoy going clothes shopping and that which I did buy was always black, to conceal my problem areas. Now I am happy to wear what I want and in whatever color!

Within my first 2 months, I lost 10 kg! In the past, for a long time, I didn’t feel comfortable in my skin. I also suffered from terrible insomnia, often felt tired and really struggled to focus at work. There was a defining moment when I realized that something had to change, and that is when I contacted Dein Trainer. They helped me create specific goals aimed at my needs and abilities, and together, we set out reach these goals…step by step. We train hard regularly and I believe this has helped with not only my weight loss but also my improved sleeping pattern and concentration at work. Joining Dein Trainer was the best decision that I have made!

Since March 2022 in group course

Two years ago, I felt like I had absolutely no energy, I was always tired! For a long time I knew that I needed to change something. I started to set small goals from then on. I made changes to my diet and most days of the week I walked 1 – 1.5 hours. This made a huge impact on my weight and I managed to lose 20 kilograms. However, I reached a point where my weight stagnated and I found myself static on a plateau. I decided to join Dein Trainer and their group training concept. To this day, I continue to lose fat, but now I am also building muscle and strength! To be Swiss judo champion, requires that you remain not only physically focused, but mentally as well. Every round you participate in determines who advances and who goes home. During my judo career, I have managed to win the national Swiss Championship twice and have also taken top podium in the Central Switzerland Championship on several occasions. Health is unique to everyone and what you have should be protected as much as possible. Last year David motivated me to take part in personal training at Dein Trainer, which I now consider to be extremely helpful! I have seen large progressions in my strength and fitness this previous year and I believe that this has definitely played a role in my success to claim the Central Switzerland Championship once again.

Personal training since August 2020

I have found that training with a personal trainer from Dein Trainer has been a completely new and refreshing method to train. I used to train only in the gym and found that after a few months I lost my motivation and my exercise routine slowly became more irregular. The training is tailored to me personally and through using a 3-step principle, I was challenged over and over again. In a short time, I have been able to achieve positive results, which really helps motivate me. Through the personal training program, I have lost 15 kilograms. I feel fitter, more energetic, have a better mood and overall am more efficient in my daily activities. I am looking forward to continually developing myself further, pushing my limits to see what else I can achieve.

My biggest passion is figure skating. I train 2-4 times a week on the ice and despite the intensive training, I decided that in order to further develop my ability, and therefore my sport, I needed to increase my power, strength and stability. While searching online for a suitable strength planning program, I came across Dein Trainer and their group training concept. Thanks to their graded strength routines, I increased my power and balance in just a few short weeks. Now I can jump higher and hold my pirouettes for longer. The workouts are fun and effective. Personal training since May 2016

By profession I am a certified neurosurgeon and specialize in spinal surgery. For the previous 5 years I have also been working at the Andreas Clinic for Interventional Pain Medicine. Regular training and physical activity are important to maintain muscular strength which aids in postural structure and spinal health. The usual wear-and-tear of the vertebrae begins as early as 20 years of age and we sadly, science shows that, we inherit as much as 80% of the predicted degeneration of our spine. Therefore, through our actions, we can only influence roughly 20% of our spinal health ourselves. I have enjoyed the training with Dein Trainer, because, despite it being relatively strenuous, I did not feel overtaxed and implicated. In addition to this I enjoyed the positive impression I felt by training outdoors.

During my second pregnancy I gained a total of 23 kilograms. After the pregnancy I was unable to lose any of this weight through dieting, doctors’ recommendations or subsequent hard physical training. Mentally, I gave up. I locked myself indoors and was unhappy with myself for my failed attempts to lose weight. I came across Dein Trainer’s program through Instagram and decided to go all in. At first the training was hard, but I was always motivated when I saw the visible successes I achieved. Taking regular measurements helped to keep me motivated and over time, through the group training, I have lost 23 kilograms since I started. I am feeling than ever before!

I have been training with Dein Trainer for over a year now. I decided that I needed to do something good for my body and through training, I wanted to get into shape. I found that going to gym wasn’t an option for me as I really struggled to stir the motivation needed to go regularly. I really enjoyed the social aspect of the Dein Trainer personal training program, not only because I felt like I trained hard, but I also enjoyed making new friends. My trainer created an efficient plan that was adapted to my needs and goals, and I was able to get the absolute most out of every session. My body is continuously changing; I am feeling fitter and stronger and I can see the physical changes in my muscle mass.

After 6 months of physical training and receiving nutritional advice at Dein Trainer, I lost 12% body fat and gained 3 kilograms of muscle mass. My body feels brand new; my figure is even better than it was before my pregnancy and my muscles feel firmer than ever before. After the first 6 months of intensive training, I had to buy new clothes, which, for me, was a great success! During and soon after my pregnancy I wore maternity clothing because nothing else fitted me. In addition to this, the extra kilograms I gained were noticeable in childcare. I had managed to lose 3 kilograms by myself but I knew that if I was to continue this journey, I needed further support. And so, I contacted Dein Trainer and never looked back.

I suffer from fibromyalgia, a muscular and joint disease that can often become very painful. Despite my illness I managed to train with Dein Trainer due to their group training program, which is often graded so that it meets the capabilities of all members. The trainers are experienced and were able to respond to my needs and weaknesses, even as they change from day to day. When I started with Dein Trainer, my goal was simply to lose weight. Through the group training and nutritional advice (again, adjusted to my requirements), I lost 7 centimeters from my abdominal circumference and a total of 3 kilograms in just one month. I can highly recommend taking part in the Body Challenge as an introduction to training.

Since May 2019 in group training

After my school days, I went to Morocco and gained 10 kg in a short time, which affected my well-being. When I was kitesurfing, I noticed that my performance was declining. After the vacations, I decided to do something about it to control my weight. I chose group training because there is someone there to motivate you, guide you and show you the exercises. The training was very challenging, but after 1-2 weeks I saw the progress, which motivated me even more to keep at it. After two months of group training and conscious nutrition, I was able to lose the 10 kg again. This also had a positive effect on my kitesurfing, as I had more stamina and strength and thus won the Swiss championship three times. This was a great success to regain my own control over my body.

Hi, my name is Roger. I work as an agent for Helvetia and I am a father of two. I enjoy working with my company teams and in my free time I get out to enjoy the smaller, and larger, things in life… such as, a glass of good wine! For me, sport is my “balance.” It helps me escape everyday stressors and I find that it also aids in my creativity and developing new ideas. My motivation to keep training to remain healthy, fit and strong. For newcomers to exercise, I have the following 2 pieces of advice; find someone (or others) who can help keep you motivated and guide you towards your goals, and then, stay consistent with your training. For these reasons, I decided to make use of one of the personal trainers from Dein Trainer.

Before training with Dein Trainer, I hardly took part in sport. I had wanted to do something physical for a long time because I no longer felt comfortable with my body. But I didn’t quite know what I wanted, or needed, to do. A friend told me about Dein Trainer and I was impressed by the concept of fun outdoor group training and the idea of training together with like-minded people. I have found that I enjoyed the training a lot more than I originally thought I would, and being in a supportive group really helps keep you motivated. When I started with Dein Trainer I weighed in at 71 kg. During the course of the first year, through training 2-3 days per week and making a few healthy dietary changes, I managed to lose 17 kg.

Since May 2021 I have been seeing a personal trainer at Dein Trainer and I have lost a total of 13 kg. In addition to the training sessions, the nutritional counseling helped me understand the importance to healthy eating and portion size calculation. I find the training fun and I enjoy the challenges it brings me time and time again. I am happy to say that I now have more energy in everyday life again. I feel fitter and get through a full day now with absolutely no problems of fatigue. I have often been asked what I did to make the changes in my life. My answer, “I made a good decision.” I see one of the Dein Trainer personal trainer staff and it was one of the best decisions that I could have made. I am not completely there yet but I am looking forward to more great results in the future.

I have been training with Dein Trainer since March 2018. When I started, I initially weighed in at 85 kg. This for me was not a healthy weight and I realized that I needed some help and guidance. I am happy to say that currently I weigh 58.8 kg. Through training and a healthy diet adjustment, Dein Trainer helped me lose 26 kg! This was all within a 9-month period. In the beginning, I must admit, it felt like a lot of effort, but as soon as I started noticing the results, my motivation grew and I was fully hooked by regular training and healthy eating. I then realized how it all works!

I have an office job and therefore all week long I work indoors. Being able to train outdoors adds a varied balance to my life and so I really appreciate Dein Trainer’s group training concept. The versatility and variety of the training programs offered, means that it never gets boring. I have found that I am always motivated to push towards my goals. The dynamics within the group is always relaxed and fun (despite the hard training), and no matter the age or level of ability, we support one another like a family which makes training really enjoyable. At the end of the training session everyone can be themselves for giving it their all.

A year ago, there was a sudden change in my life. I couldn’t run, stand or even sit without pain. I was treated with strong medication for my condition, and together with everyday discomfort, I was robbed of all my energy. I was always tired and listless. I realized that I needed to change something. I personally was in charge of my position and I put the responsibility upon myself to make a difference. One day whilst searching the net I stumbled across www.deintrainer.ch. Since my physical condition was not very good to start with, I found the training hard at the beginning. However, the good thing was, the sessions were tailored to me and my needs/ability. In a short time, I felt stronger, more powerful and overall, more confident. I have been a part of the Dein Trainer group training concept for the previous 2.5 years. Before this, I used to work out in a fitness center. Although always wanting to lose weight, my figure and numbers remain unchanged. Sadly, my thyroid problems made it difficult for me to lose weight which frustrated me a lot! Since starting at Dein Trainer, I have learned a lot, not only about exercise but also nutrition as well. With hard discipline and a lot of motivation from the trainers and group members, I have built muscles and burned fat. The outdoor sessions in the fresh air have played a large role in my regular training routine.

Both exercise and healthy nutrition are integral parts of my life. I wanted to start focusing more on strength training and was looking for an interesting exercise program that would guide and motivate me through this decision. I have been training with Dein Trainer for over 2 years now. The other members here are super motivated and it is great getting to know each other whilst training. I have had a subscription to a fitness center before, but I found that I was unsatisfied with the training experience there. I was searching for a balance to substitute for my everyday office life. Dein Trainer has the exciting option of exercising outdoors and when we get the chance to, surrounded by nature. Since starting with Dein Trainer, I’ve become stronger, fitter and I feel good in my skin.
