General
All services of Dein Trainer are subject to the General Terms and Conditions, unless these have been modified or supplemented by separate written agreements.
Services
Services offered as well as course times per course location for group training are visible on homepage www.deintrainer.ch. DeinTrainer reserves the right to adjust the course program as needed. The dates for personal training are fixed at the beginning of the subscription for the entire duration.
Subscription, contract duration and interruption
The contract duration is fixed with the chosen subscription/number of lessons. Members can interrupt their subscription up to five times for reasons such as vacations abroad, military leave or pregnancy. In case of personal training, the interruption must be notified at least one month in advance by email to info@deintrainer.ch. The subscription can be paused a maximum of 5 times per calendar year. Despite the interruption, the monthly subscription payments must be made on time - the membership will be extended by the corresponding interruption.
Prices – terms of payment
The prices for all services are published on the DeinTrainer homepage. DeinTrainer reserves the right to make price adjustments if necessary. For current contracts the agreed conditions apply until the end of the contract period. All services must be paid within 20 days after receipt of invoice. Exceptions are possible agreed payment conditions. Outstanding invoices will result in reminder fees and will be collected by means of debt collection if necessary.
Health questionnaire
The questionnaire with nutrition and health information must be filled out completely and truthfully by the member. Each member is obliged to transparently inform about health restrictions or infirmities as well as changes in the state of health. All information and agreed objectives are subject to the confidentiality of Dein Trainer.
Postponement, cancellation and no-show
Your trainer reserves the right to adjust the course program as needed. Agreed times for personal training and nutritional counseling can be postponed by both parties up to 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments cancelled later will be charged in full. Short-term cancellations due to illness/accident or death in the family are free of charge with appropriate proof (e.g. doctor's certificate).
Transfer or cancellation of the subscription
If a service can no longer be obtained for medical reasons or due to moving away, the subscription can also be transferred to another person (non-member of Dein Trainer) or cancelled in consultation with Dein Trainer.
In the event of premature termination by cancellation of the subscription, the subscription amount for the current month remains due. In addition, a cancellation fee of CHF 200.00 (group training subscription up to 6 months) or CHF 300.00 (group training subscription up to 12 months and personal training) will be charged. As a matter of principle, no services that have already been paid for will be refunded.
Liability – Insurance
Participation in the individual courses and events of Dein Trainer is at the member's own risk. Dein Trainer declines any liability for damages in case of accidents, injuries and/or illnesses of the member, unless these are demonstrably caused intentionally or by gross negligence by Dein Trainer. Liability for the loss of valuables is expressly rejected by Dein Trainer. Insurance is the responsibility of the member. At the training locations, the respective house or court rules apply.
Privacy policy
For team building, the profile photo as well as the name of the participants is displayed when checking in to our courses. This information is visible to the trainer and the members. The trainer also has confidential access to the training log of each member. This information is important for professional support.
Conclusion of membership agreement – applicable law
The membership agreement is legally binding with the mutual signature. The general terms and conditions of Dein Trainer are thereby acknowledged. Swiss law applies, the place of jurisdiction of Dein Trainer is Lucerne.
